A Escola é Nossa / The School is Ours narrates the story of students from a Rio de Janeiro favela who occupy their public school, setting up an encampment and making demands on the state. Among their demands was the removal of a police unit from their school and funding for education infrastructure. This is a teaser for a larger film that is currently in post-production.
